1. معالجة البيانات المدخلة (بيانات المستفيدين)

صُممت منصة ClinCal لتعمل كأداة معالجة محلية. يتم إجراء جميع المدخلات والعمليات الحسابية المتعلقة بالمستفيدين داخل متصفح المستخدم فقط (Client-side). لا تقوم المنصة بجمع، أو تخزين، أو إرسال، أو مشاركة أي بيانات حساسة أو شخصية تخص المستفيدين مع خوادمنا أو أي أطراف ثالثة.

2. بيانات المستخدمين (المهنيين والمشتركين)

عند التسجيل في المنصة، نقوم بجمع معلومات أساسية ضرورية لإدارة الحسابات والاشتراكات، وتشمل:

• الاسم
• عنوان البريد الإلكتروني.
• حالة الاشتراك وتاريخ التجديد.

تُستخدم هذه البيانات حصرياً لغرض توثيق الدخول، مزامنة حالة الاشتراك عبر الأجهزة، وتقديم الدعم الفني.

3. حماية المعلومات المالية

لا تقوم المنصة بجمع أو تخزين أي بيانات لبطاقات الائتمان أو معلومات بنكية على خوادمها. تتم معالجة جميع المدفوعات بشكل مشفر عبر بوابات دفع خارجية آمنة ومصرحة، ويقتصر دورنا على استقبال إشعارات الدفع لتفعيل الاشتراكات.

4. التخزين المحلي (Local Storage) وملفات تعريف الارتباط

تستخدم المنصة تقنيات التخزين المحلي في متصفح المستخدم وفي الخوادم الخارجية لحفظ التفضيلات وحالة الاشتراك وتشفيرها، وذلك لضمان استمرارية عمل الأدوات والنماذج التحليلية بكفاءة.

5. مشاركة البيانات مع جهات خارجية

نحن نلتزم التزاماً تاماً بعدم بيع أو تأجير أو مشاركة بيانات المستخدمين المسجلين مع أي جهات خارجية لأغراض تسويقية أو تجارية. يقتصر تبادل البيانات الآمن مع مزودي خدمات البنية التحتية (مثل خوادم الاستضافة وبوابات الدفع) لغرض تشغيل المنصة فقط.

6. التعديلات على سياسة الخصوصية

نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث هذه السياسة عند الحاجة لتواكب التحديثات التقنية أو التنظيمية. أي تغيير سيتم إشعار المستخدمين به عبر المنصة أو البريد الإلكتروني.

The ClinCal platform is architected to operate as a local processing tool. All inputs and calculations related to beneficiaries are performed exclusively within the user's browser (client-side). The platform does not collect, store, transmit, or share any sensitive or personal beneficiary data with our servers or any third parties.

2. User Data (Professionals and Subscribers)

Upon registration, we collect basic information necessary for managing accounts and subscriptions, which includes:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Subscription status and renewal date.

This data is used solely for authentication, syncing subscription status across devices, and providing technical support.

3. Protection of Financial Information

The platform does not collect or store any credit card data or banking information on its servers. All payments are processed securely and fully encrypted through authorized third-party payment gateways. Our role is strictly limited to receiving payment webhooks/notifications to activate subscriptions.

4. Local Storage and Cookies

The platform utilizes local storage technologies within the user's browser and external servers to save and encrypt user preferences and subscription statuses, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our tools and analytical models.

5. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We are strictly committed to not selling, renting, or sharing the data of registered users with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Secure data exchange is limited exclusively to infrastructure service providers (e.g., hosting servers and payment gateways) strictly for the purpose of operating the platform.

6. Amendments to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy as necessary to align with technical or regulatory updates. Users will be notified of any changes via the platform or email.
